Final Tips
- Avoid measuring for a ring when you’re cold, as your fingers will be at least half a ring size smaller. Also avoid if you are very hot or your fingers are swollen.
- The best time of day to measure your finger is in the evening, as this is when they are at their largest.
- To ensure the correct size reading, measure your finger at least 3 times, and try to do it on different days to get an average.
- Depending on what style of ring and the depth & width, bands will fit a bit looser or tighter, so you may need to adjust the size up or down. This is why it is best to pop into our shop to be measured. If you are doing it at home, discuss you xxact ring criteria with us along with your assessed finger size. Virtually every ring we sell can by either re-sized, or a new ring made from scratch to order, for that perfect fit. The only exception to this are certain styles of antique/second hand rings, but we will always advise you before you make that special purchase.
